Baseline provides full project management for new facility MEP systems, energy retrofit programs and other special one-off projects.  Our specialist engineers coordinate and oversee the entire project, liaising with and managing equipment suppliers, installation contractors and other project stakeholders on behalf of our clients.

Baseline uses well defined project management processes and tools to ensure equipment is delivered and installed on time, on budget and to the highest possible standard.  Baseline's engineers visit the worksite at regular intervals to coordinate the project and also to carry out quality checks and tests.  Any deficiencies or discrepancies between the project documentation and the systems as installed are communicated to the applicable party so they can be rectified quickly.
