TenSheild: Commissioning

New Facility Commissioning

The correct and thorough commissioning of MEP systems in new buildings is often neglected by installation contractors.  In their rush to complete a project, contractors are often inclined to take shortcuts during commissioning that can cause on-going efficiency issues and also decrease the useful lifespan of the entire system.  This is particularly prevalent when MEP systems are made up of various pieces of equipment being supplied and installed by different vendors.

Baseline uses well defined processes and digital data logging equipment to commission each MEP element in a new facility.  This ensures the correct control strategies and operating parameters are established and the equipment gets its best possible start to life.  Baseline also completes enhanced commissioning for LEED projects as the specialist commissioning agent.
